Discounts & Store Credit
Discount coupons cannot be used in combination with store credit.
Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests can be raised within 24 hours of placing the order
- Requests must be sent via email to support@desigirlcouture.com using the same email ID used to place the order
- Please include your Order ID and the reason for cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- Returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged products after delivery
Return Policy (Damaged Products Only)
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email
- You may choose between:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange (if applicable)
- Store credit will be issued only after the returned product is received and passes quality check (QC)
Customization Policy
- Customized products are not eligible for return or replacement due to size issues
- Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size guide before placing an order
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit (gift coupon)
- No monetary refunds will be processed
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back, as we currently do not offer reverse pickup
- Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit
- For defective products, shipping charges will be reimbursed by the company
Shipping Charges Deduction
- A flat ₹300 deduction will be applied towards shipping charges where applicable
