Discounts & Store Credit

Discount coupons cannot be used in combination with store credit.


Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellation requests can be raised within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Requests must be sent via email to support@desigirlcouture.com using the same email ID used to place the order
  • Please include your Order ID and the reason for cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
  • Returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged products after delivery

Return Policy (Damaged Products Only)

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email
  • You may choose between:
    • Store credit, or
    • Exchange (if applicable)
  • Store credit will be issued only after the returned product is received and passes quality check (QC)

Customization Policy

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or replacement due to size issues
  • Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size guide before placing an order

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit (gift coupon)
  • No monetary refunds will be processed

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back, as we currently do not offer reverse pickup
  • Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit
  • For defective products, shipping charges will be reimbursed by the company

Shipping Charges Deduction

  • A flat ₹300 deduction will be applied towards shipping charges where applicable
